Blueberries For A Better Life

If someone told you that experiencing a fuller, healthier life could be as simple as eating blueberries, would you act on it? Well then, get on down to the store and buy some blueberries.

Blue are full of resveratrol, piceatanno, pterostilbene, and fiber. Eating blueberries is a great way to help prevent cancer, heart disease, and a host of other ailments. And, something that might make us want to force feed them to our neighbor, — they improve brain function. I could use a little of that.

And, best of all — THEY TASTE GREAT.

No, blueberry Pop Tarts don’t count. However, you can use them to add flavor to all kinds of other foods (waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, Cherios, smoothies, etc.)

I know what some of you are thinking, “Blueberries are out-of-season and they cost a fortune.” I can’t do anything about their price, but if they are out-of-season go ahead and buy them frozen.”

What else can you eat that turns your tongue purple and is this good for you?
